What was the challenge at hand?
Living By Design has a complex and varied freight profile (anything from a packet of paper napkins, to a 3 meter concrete table weighing close to 100kg) which makes shipping their products extremely challenging.
They were finding it difficult to quote their customers correctly, with the appropriate carrier, to ensure these complex products were delivered to the high standard expected at Living By Design.
Living By Design needed a solution that was an umbrella fit for these challenges of both quoting and shipping.
